		<description>A word to a desk manager might get some action on those glasses, but chances are the non-English speaking "maids" are not intimate with the terms "sanitary" and "American clean".
Since we are inveterate coffee drinkers, we carry our own cups and coffeepot, even to hotels that claim "in-room coffee maker" because, after all, two itty bitty cups?</description>
